Porsche Unleashes 911 GT3 RS Version 4.0

After getting my Porsche Carrera, I came to know that there was a new kid on the block which was the Porsche 911 GT3 RS version 4. The vehicle is exciting but in the real sense, it would not outdo my Porsche Carrera by any chance. To prove this, let me offer you a sneak pick on this new model. As it has always been the norm of the Porsche brand, they always like keeping their brands limited and unique which makes their brand to always stand out. In this new edition, they were only going to manufacture 600 units.

Engine Performance

Porsche never cease to amaze me with their great crafts when it comes to vehicle engine assembly. In their sports cars, they always incorporate a state of the art engine which promises great performance and speed with their machines.

The Porsche 911 GT3 RS version 4 comes with a great engine which consists of 6 flats 4L power. The design that was used in the build of this vehicle is that one of the Porsche 911 GT3 RSR racing vehicle. With the new kind of engine the vehicle is able to generate 500hp unlike in the previous version which would only generate 450hp.

This engine surely offers one with a great acceleration where the vehicle is capable of getting from 0mph to 60mph in less than 4 seconds. To add more power and to make the vehicle more aerodynamic, the Porsche manufactures have made the interior lighter. The material used to make this is the carbon fiber which promises quality but firm light weight. One thing that also struck me as I was going through the specs in the vehicle is that the air conditioning of the vehicle was removed to assist in lowering of the vehicle’s weight. This definitely makes the vehicle lighter, streamlined thus calling for more speed. The weight of this vehicle is less than 300 pounds.
