Renault Fluence

The Renault Company is renowned for its brilliant line of vehicles; recently, they have launched the Renault Fluence which is a great Luxury sedan that has gained popularity fast compared to their other car brands. I set out to find out more on this superb vehicle and unleash the main aspects that make this car stand out from other Renault brands.

To make this brand to be embraced by more people, this specific brand comes in two versions; the diesel as well as the petrol version. Even though the two versions use different engines, the cars still offer the same performance. Since the cars are in different versions, I found this something that is not common with most of the other sports cars; with this, I decided to dig deeper and get to know the different variants they have in these two versions.

When it comes to the petrol kind of sports cars, I realized that they have 2 versions into it, there is the 1.6 16 V 110hp as well as the bigger which is the 2.0 16V 140hp. On the other hand, the diesel engine kind of vehicle have 5 variants; there is the 1.5 dCi 85, the 1.5 dCi 90 DPF, the 1.5 dCi 105, the 1.5 dCi 110 DPF and the 1.5 dCi 110 DPF. In these range of these Renault sedans, they are all available with the dual clutch transmissions.

I realized that the Renault Brand likes to perfect their cars to the best; in this Renault Fluence, they have incorporated an advanced suspension system. For the front suspensions, they have the Macpherson type struts and on the rear ones, they have the well known programmed deflection flexible beam fork.

Safety features in the Renault Fluence

For safety, the Renault Fluence developers designed the state of the art braking and suspensions system to operate at their best with the power and the performance that the vehicle is capable of generating. It has the ABS, EBD, ESP and the break assist to complement its breaking system. The car also comes with 4 airbags that are fitted appropriately in the vehicle as well as seat belts and head restraints to make sure the driver and passengers in the vehicle are well protected in case of any accidents.

Design

The greatest thing that strikes one in the Renault Fluence is the first glimpse which one gets after a first look on the vehicle. All this is owed to the great effort that was put when coming up with the design. The front lamps, side skirts as well as the whole interior are well crafted to make the vehicle appealing and superb to be in.
