The Insider Report on the New Honeycomb-Powered Samsung Galaxy Tablet

Samsung is releasing a new version of the Galaxy tablet as a means of competing with the iPad 2. I am looking forward to this new tablet because I am a fan of the Galaxy series and have been interested in seeing what is going to happen as a means of improving the ways how the tablets are going to work a little better. One of the ways how the Galaxy is going to be different in the future comes from the new operating system.

The Honeycomb OS is going to be used here. This is the Android 3.0 operating system. This will help to create something that is very attractive and useful.

Why 3.0 is better

The big benefit of getting the Android 3.0 OS to work is that it uses multitasking instead of what was used with the Android 2.2 OS. The 3.0 OS will work with a plan to handle many applications at the same time. This also includes a stronger notification system to help make it easier for the Galaxy to look and work as well as it possibly can.

Other big features

A few other valuable things can be found on the Galaxy. It will feature a 10.1 inch screen is going to be made with a lighter design that will make it easier to carry around than what the current iPad can use. This is a really useful feature to make this convenient for anyone to handle.

An eight megapixel camera is also used here. This works with video conferencing support as well.

A greater processor

A dual core processor is also used to help with getting the applications to run as quickly as possible. This is especially needed to help with ensuring that the applications on the tablet can work well even when multitasking functions are being used.

Of course, it should be noted that these features will deal with plenty of competition. This includes competition from Motorola and LG as well as what’s going on with Apple. The tablets that are competing with each other have their own special similarities but at the same time they are going to involve many different options. The Android 3.0 Honeycomb OS will be a little easier to work with though.

I am hoping to see what the new Galaxy tablet is going to feature. This will feature a variety of different features that are easy to use and will not be too complicated or difficult to handle.
