The Sprint HTC EVO View 4G: More than just a Name Change

A product line, successful ones in particular, carries with it a series of known products as well as its image on the market. Companies carefully maintain such. However, in HTC’s case, it is revamping an already successful line to pave the way for a greater series. The HTC Flyer will be known as the HTC EVO View 4G, once the latest model – carrying the latter’s name – is released.

Beyond the New Name

A name change signals a ton of modifications in a product’s specs, and the company is faithful to that ascription. The HTC EVO View 4G, unlike the Flyer, is WiMAX capable. This feature is beyond the usual offerings of tablet computers, including the newest ones launched by its competitors. Similar to mobile phones, the new HTC tab allow users to surf the web via 3G/4G technology, not to mention support for wi-fi and GPS.

The HTC EVO View 4G will be run by a derivative of the Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system. An upgrade to the Honeycomb is being worked on by HTC. Sprint is slated to release the new tab this summer, which explains the Sprint sticker found on the device’s exterior.

Other Features

The Sprint tab is a bit smaller than the next generation tabs on the market as it carries a 7-inch screen. It, however, is easy to carry and has 1024 x 600 resolution, which goes well with the applications coming from the Android 2.3 OS.

Based on its specs, Sprint has struck a winner with the HTC EVO View 4G. The name change will perhaps alter sales reports toward a more positive direction.

Aluratek Cinepad: From E-Book Provider to Tablet Computer Maker

Aluratek has been known for being a company that makes ebooks. I have become experienced with these ebooks in that they are easy to use and read. However, I was surprised when I heard that the Cinepad was included here. The Aluratek Cinepad is the big model that the company is making.

I have to admit that this tablet is amazingly useful. This tablet features all sorts of great specifications and functions that make it useful for all kinds of needs. It will be great for anyone who wants to find a good tablet to see the many things that can come with the Aluratek Cinepad.

Specifics to see

There are many great specifics that come with the Aluratek Cinepad. The 1 GHz processor is one of the best things that can work with ease. This will help to make it easier for anything to work as well as possible. I have not experienced many speed problems with this device.

The screen is also very large. This is 10.1 inches in size, thus making it useful for all kinds of applications like, obviously, ebooks.

Support for SD and USB connections can also work. This will help to make it easier for a device to work as well as possible without being too challenging.

Great features to use

There are many different points that might be useful when it comes to getting the Aluratek Cinepad to work with more needs. This can help to make the device easier to handle without any challenges.

The Android 2.2 operating system is used here. It can also work with Flash devices and a variety of file formats like the WAV and MP3 formats. These are easy applications that can work without any problems.

What is the value?

A big point that I saw when getting the Aluratek Cinepad was the great selling price. This features a value of around $299. This is amazing because some devices might be a little too expensive but Aluratek is keeping this affordable and easy to handle.

Of course, the device has the ability to make this work as well as possible. These are all good points that should be used because the Aluratek Cinepad is a truly impressive device that anyone can use.
